AMITY JOURNAL OF ENTREPRENEURSHIP AND LEADERSHIP is a biannual,  peer-reviewed, refereed international journal of Amity Business School, Amity University Uttar Pradesh .Given the dynamic and broad nature of the field of entrepreneurship and leadership, the Journal is multi-disciplinary and therefore papers draw upon a wide range of academic disciplines and contribute to a myriad of contemporary disciplinary debates whilst supporting theory development within the domains of entrepreneurship and leadership.The Journal welcomes submissions from researchers and practitioners which lead to the improved practice of managing organisations as they deal with the entrepreneurial process involving imagination, insight, invention, and innovation and the inevitable changes and transformations that result and benefit society. Research articles published in the AJEL are of importance to academics, policy makers, practitioners and analysts in government and organisations, seeking to understand entrepreneurship and leadership processes and outcomes.

AIM OF THE JOURNAL

The Amity Journal of Entrepreneurship & Leadership captures comprehensively the frontier trends in the varied disciplines of Entrepreneurship & Leadership. The aim of AJEL is:

    •  To build a platform for communication and dialogue among researchers from different disciplines, such as education, business, management, psychology and learning sciences, to promote the development of conceptualisation of entrepreneurship and leadership .
    • To provide a forum for the publication of conceptual and empirical research, critical case studies and accounts of creative and reflective practice focusing on entrepreneurship and leadership in emerging countries
    • To attracts submissions  focusing upon theoretical, empirical, policy and practitioner issues within the fields of small business and entrepreneurship.
    • To publish high-quality research articles that contribute to the advancement of the study of contemporary entrepreneurship and leadership.

The primary audience of this publication comprises the academicians, graduate students, practitioners, and all those who are interested in the field of entrepreneurship . We publish research articles and case studies,  executive experience-sharing, research notes and book reviews on a variety of topics, contexts and research methods that examine the rapidly evolving relationship in the varied disciplines of entrepreneurship and leadership.  The manuscripts that are submitted are reviewed according to the international standards on the basis of the originality of its contribution, its relevance to development of the subject and its quality of presentation.

SUBMISSION

AJEL invites online submissions from authors . During the submission process, the following should be provided:

  • The names of two suggested referees, with their institutions, telephone numbers and email addresses. Please add the applicable areas of expertise and indicate their suitability as referees. Please do not suggest academicians based in your own institution, as they will not be approached. However, the decision to send the manuscript to the suggested referees is at the discretion of the editorial board.
  • A covering letter of submission (giving the postal and email addresses of the corresponding author)stating that the manuscript is not under consideration for publication elsewhere and that its publication in the present form has been approved by all authors.
  • The manuscripts should be submitted via e-mail at ajel@amity.edu
